Editor's review
This tool converts PowerPoint slides into images.
This software offers a solution to users who want to convert PowerPoint files into PNGs. MS PowerPoint is great for making presentations. There’s one problem though. The person to whom you want to send this must have the software installed or at least have a PowerPoint slide viewer. Not everybody is likely to have that. That restricts your message to a smaller audience. However, everybody with a computer can view an image easily. Thus your presentation can be viewed by just about anybody. The software has an interface that makes it very simple to operate. There are direct button that let you invoke each function. You can select a file and create a batch. If you have a folder that has multiple presentations, you can add all of them by selected the folder with the button meant for it.
If you happen to make a mistake in making the batch list, you can erase the list and start over again. In case of doubts, you can take a look at a sample file supplied. You can select if you want individual image files or save them as one image. Then there’s a button that lets you specify where to save the images. The process can be started as an one-click operation. There is a progress bar available that lets you monitor the process. This particular tool can handle only PPTX format. You should use slides only from PowerPoint 2007 and later, the earlier PPT format cannot be handled by it. This is a good tool.
